LOWCOUNTRY RUSH SOCCER CLUB – REFUND POLICY

At Lowcountry Rush Soccer, we work hard to provide high-quality programming and a positive experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and consistency across all of our programs, we maintain the following refund policy:


Refunds

  • Once a program has begun, Lowcountry Rush Soccer upholds a strict no-refund policy.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, training sessions, camps, clinics, leagues, and special events.
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, participant withdrawal, or dissatisfaction once the program has started.


Prior to Program Start

  • Requests for refunds before the start date of a program may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
  • Any approved refund may be subject to administrative fees.


Cancellations by Lowcountry Rush Soccer

  • In the rare event that Lowcountry Rush Soccer cancels a program in its entirety, participants may be eligible for a refund or program credit at the discretion of the organization.


By enrolling in any Lowcountry Rush Soccer program, participants acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
